In the unlikely event that you wish to complain we are committed to resolving complaints effectively and as quickly as possible. Please put your complaint in writing to

We will acknowledge your complaint and carry out a detailed investigation with the aim of resolving the matter to your complete satisfaction. Please note that we have 8 weeks to respond to you with a final decision, although we will keep in contact with you during this time to update you with the progress of our investigation.
